BB Teams, BB bits and BB blisters

I don't get it. GW sells teams but if you get a blister you usually end up with extra positions that are already full. If you buy bits it's more expensive. I got the neco team and needed another werewolf and flesh golum. I have extra zombies from my undead team. To buy the WW and FG from GW it was $17.00+. To buy the blister of a werewolf, flesh golum, 2 zombies and a wright(that I don't need) for $20. I would rather them subistute another zombie or asst coach or cheerleader. I'll use the piece and convert it but I think it's odd.
