I want an honest opinion on my first painted team!

The team pic didnt come out very well but i would like you guys opinion on how i can improve my skill!!!
The mino is on a 40mm base and is taken from a wierd angle so looks a bit stunted!
Im wondering if these are well painted enough to play in a GW league. I may be tempted to sell em in the summer if my league at home falls through so how much would they be worth? 2 WHFB bull centaurs as well!

don't use ink washes too much. Paint a base coat then mix in a darker shade, thin it then paint the crevices. add more base coat and then move upwards, gradually adding more base coat before adding a highlight colour.
takes longer, looks infinitely better than "cheap and cheerful" ink washes. They have their place but are too overused IMO.

Looks good! They can play in MY league, where half of the teams are partially or fully unpainted. And DON'T sell the team. You never know when a league pops up again.

heh ok ill keep em!
im just interested in how much they would be worth? I spent £45 on the minis alone (17 players)
i used the inks on the mino as i wanted him to look "grubby" but i may have used a better effect!
anyway thanks for the positive comments!
