This mini...
...of a Khorne champion is perfect for my Chaos team. Well, with one problem... that darn right arm.
The axe and forearm are a single part which attaches to the rest of the mini. I'm thinking of using the bear-claw catching arm of a Norse catcher on this mini, but I'm not sure it'll look right.
Anyone else got other ideas for a new right forearm for this mini?

Looks like the gauntlet on the right arm is all you'd have to take off - this is fine, clip it off and find another gauntlet from another mini. Swaps like this are much easier when you have a line like a piece of clothing to work with and you don't have to smooth the joint to look like there's just bare skin there. As for suggestions for donor arms, any chaos warrior could probably provide a suitably sized and armoured fist. He's quite big so I'd say steer clear of the human range unless you want him with a shrivelled looking right hand - saw a great conversion in WD where a chaos lord's hand was made out of the clawed Necron flayed one's hand.

agree with Rich, the chaos mutation sprue from the chaos warriors plastic box set has a few interesting pieces you could use

I am doing the same currently
and have the mini at home. The axe-arm is not cast with the mini. Thus you will only have half an arm on the mini, to be precise it is the "naked" part of the arm. The head is seperate too.
For the arm I am roaming through all my sprues and spare parts for a nice fitting glove.
The other chaos warriors on my team will be:
The nurgle champion with the generals head. The hands that hold the weapon are seperatly, so their again two hands to glue to the body.
Third is the slaneesh champion, again the arms are seperate from the body.
The fourth is an old chaos sorcerer 2 ( in german Chaos Zauberer 2).
Beastmen will be the usual plastic guys.

2ed Human thrower's hand would be perfect. Gloved pointing, and an added bonus its the right hand.

buy some of phil's phigs sprue humans and use one of those arms.
