I was wondering, what would the following custom look like: space marine legs, body, helmets, and shoulders of Imperial guard Cadian Shocktroopers, and arms of Catachans? Are they completely out of proportion, or what?

There's a team built like this out there, I think some pics were posted on TBB a couple of weeks ago.

That team was as you said, but Catachan heads with Greenstuffed helmets (iirc) and Necron Destroyer bodys greenstuffed to look lke chests.
Not sure if Stormtrooper bodys will go with the SM legs.

interesting idea but anatomically awefull.
dont forget marines are not correct anyway if you use them as a base for conversion - they really are not human size

actually marine models are scaled down to be roughly human size, they are perfect for beefy humans as you would expect to be the ones who would play blood bowl (except maybe str2 catchers)

First of all, thank you for replying. Second, I know about the Marine/Necron/Catachan customs, but because the Wraithlord is somewhat expensive and my greenstuff ability is wanting, I wanted to know specifically about an alternative, hence the Marine/IG/Catachan idea. Can anyone show me a pic of a Marine next to an IG trooper and a Catachan for size comparison?

As for the Scout bodies, the scouts I have (I don't know about every model) are wearing a ton of grenades and gear, and I don't think they will look like anything after I chop them off.
