How do I paint this "model" ???
so that it won't be a big mountain ??
I found a little snot with nothing on also a bit "green"
so this tower of snots will be also that I think...
maybe if I use different colours of green it'll work
this must become some asisting coaches on my goblin team..

Hmmm, lets see:
I like the all one green version:
This will look good. You wouldnt know what it exactly is on first sight.
Or:
Thanks photoshop for a small preview of different shades of green.
I would still prefer the all one green variant.

I sometimes use photoshop to get a preview of different colorations. It helped a lot on deciding the colour scheme for my High Elves and it is a bit faster and cleaner than painting.

Hey Djengis,
I don't know your exact painting style but this is where I think black undercoating would really help out to differentiate the gobs from each other. Just my 2-cents. I use to paint over white but I now almost always paint over black now. Saves some time since I paint SLOWLY but I still get very bright results. Belive it or not, My Valk in the previous Quarterly painting contest was over black (LOTS of pale skin and white uniform).

black ish base...
olive base coat - plenty of green in basic colour. Highlight in prue snot green ( yellow ish) then add red tatoo. Blue detail under eyes if felling good.
