the team is looking realy good !
looks like a clean paint job !
I like the colour you've used only I think you've used it a bit to much.
a bit more difference would be cool !
and why have you painted their hands pink too ??
must it look like they're wearing gloves?

needs a "cool" colour to contrast the warm tones of the flesh and purpley/pink/crimson colour of the strip..
maybe white or light blue details to make them look more balanced?
