We are a small league and we want to make a dice with our logo on the 6 side.

What are the factory that make only 20 to 40 custom dices ?

I got my league custom dice from Dice&Games Ltd, minimum order was 20, and price was very good.

Yes either Chessex custom@chessex.com contact Joe or Dice and Games enquiries@dice.co.uk They both produce excellent results although from memory Dice and Games need the image in a certain file format the more you order the cheaper it gets for example 26 dice from Chessex are cheaper than 20 etc..

D&G need (as do several dice makers) the image in an .eps format. I converted my jpg online for free, easy to do.

D&G will do full colour printed dice as well as engraved, when preparing your engraved image make sure it is black and white no greys but chessex and D&G will let you know if it will work or not and Chessex will make one up for you as a proof. Watch the shipping and Customs charges though with Chessex if in the UK
