It says that Dump Off and Strong Arm can´t be combined. Is this true?

I think that if you have DO and SA you should be able to Dump Off short passes since they are treated as quick passes.

Comments please.

Dump Off and Strong Arm do not combine.

Think of Dump Off as saying you can only dump off to any distance that is within Quick Pass range.

Then it makes more sense why it doesn't mix with Strong Arm.
