Big Hand?

How does the Big Hand trait work anyway? Is the 2+ chance to pick up the ball in addition to the normal chance to pick the ball up, or is it seperate? And can you re-roll if you fail with the Sure Hands skill or a TRR? And I'm assuming as per the rules on the trait that the trait doesn't apply to trying to pick the ball up if it bounces or scatters into the square that player is standing in?

The 2+ is seperate, meaning you always pick up the ball on a 2+ no matter what, and yes you can use Sure Hands or a TRR. It only applies to pickups, not scatters since those are catches.

To go further on this topic, the rules for big hand states that "a player with one or more big hands will pick up the ball on a 2+ if he enters a square where the ball is on the ground".

Can I take this to be a literal meaning that if he is pushed back into a square with the ball, he can then pick it up? The rule doesn't say he has to intentionally move into the square, only if he enters the ball square. Also in this case, I would assume I couldn't use sure hands to re-roll the dice, nor a team re-roll for that matter, as it isn't an action being specifically carried out by my player, more a bi-product of the block/push back.

Push back is a seperate thing altogether and this calls for an auto scatter
