Star Player Positions

The Star Player list in the LRB does not include positions for the players, does that mean the are not concidered positional players?

Specifically, can I freeboot Grim Ironjaw on my dwarf team if I already have two Troll-slayers?

Along the same lines, can I hire a BigGuy Ogre and freeboot Morg 'N' Thorg for the same game?

They don't have official positions, and they don't count against positions for your team. So yes, you can hire Grim if you have a pair of Troll Slayers; you can hire Ripper if you already have a Troll or two; etc.

I don't like this. But I understand that cos some strange players don't fit to the official position (ie Mighty Zug).
