Question for the BBRC.

Player questions my ruling. I do research ... turns out between LRB 1.1 and 1.2, THE RULES CHANGED! So now the correct answer is:
YES to both, you may block again and get the +1 ST .... (Horns now says that any 2nd block with a horns player uses the same mods as the first block)"

If we are going for consistency then why does this not apply to dauntless?[/quote]

If we are asking for a real answer, why are we asking the BBRC, who had nothing to do with the change?

So is the change valid? Was it actually changed then?
Andy is member of the BBRC acting on his own? Does this mean that the changes are null and void?
I'm not picking a fight but I find this very confusing.

Here it is, as clear as I can make it:

The BBRC votes on new rules changes ONCE a year (in October). After that, the rules are handed over to Andy to put them into the rulebook. If other changes are made, then they are made without input from the BBRC. While Andy is a BBRC member, he doesn't speak for the group and the BBRC is not responsible for actions he takes on his own.

Is that clearer?

Yeah. If I may say so, that sucks!

(I'm not crabbing at you Neo so don't get all defensive about the BBRC. lol)

It kinda defeats the purpose of the BBRC to have one person who can act on his own and change the rules as he sees fit. Honestly, it's not the changes that bother me so much that they weren't documented.
