A little confusion

over the 52 result on the handicap table has broken out in our league, in fact it almost became world war three

.
The rule states that you must field your 11 weakest players (using SPP's as a guide), but the query comes about if you get to half time and you have 5 injured players, are you allowed to replace them, or do you have to take the field with 6 players?
I believe you should be able to replaces them, as if you can't this would make for a silly second half, and could cost the game.
Can anyone help clear this up?

U replace them, u only get to use the 11 worst available at any time. If someone is ko'ed u can use someone else until they become available again.

Fair enough Valen...point taken. My hands are held high in salute...and I am bowed over with shame.... A ripping from the rear is well deserved.

What about if two players have the same amount of SPPs? Do you
- Decide randomly
- Pick the one who's worth the least amount of gold
- Let the opposing coach decide who's the worst player

What about using the one with the least SPP's in the running season ?
That'is if you use two columns for SPP (as we do) : one for the current season, one for the total SPP's.

It hasn't come up yet in any of our games ... no ties yet. But I'd vote for the 3rd option.

Why not just use the obvious answer (obvious to me anyways)? Let the coach decide who to field.

Because its supposed to be a handicap event .. letting the owning coach choose means they get the one they most want ... not exactly the intent of the handicap.

I would have voted for the "random" option....

I agree with Galak here, it is a handicap therfore it should be the opposing coach who decides,

I think the owning coach should decide because his 11 worst players happens to be twelve...

Opposing coach should choose, its a handicap roll!
