Is it possible to make a hand-off with a blitzing player after you have made the block?

Not anymore under the LRB, as the hand-off is also a definite action and a player can perform only one per turn.

Ya' can't blitz and throw the ball either.... 
Keeps some cool lightning fast turnarounds from happening IMO.
