Lots if clubs have there own '12th man' rule. But at the club i go to its usually just an apology followed by removing the player that has had the least involvment in the turn thus far.

Yes Page 1. Pick up the New York Phone book and whack your opponent across the head, then roll for injury.

Hi Nico.
This is a copy-paste from the Q&A :
Q: My friend set up with 12 players on the pitch, what should we do?
A: If by accident, remove any surplus players as soon as possible; If by intention, find someone else to play with.

There is nothing in the rulebook about what to do if this happens, because the rulebook assumes you both check at each kick-off.
There's a line about it somewhere in the rulebook (the counting), but I don't have a copy on this laptop.

Your mistake... I allow my opponent to choose a player randomly. And tough.

Exactly what we do. Randomly remove a player.

In our tabletop league we allowed it. It's your job to check before each kick-off. This is Blood Bowl after all. 12th player goes off at the end of the drive, just like a secret weapon.

Doesn't that just encourage people to try to sneak an extra player on to the pitch though?
I agree with the remove random player approach.
