Ball & Chain vs. Stand-Firm

Why do the Goblins get the wierd ones... :smoking:

When the Fanatic gets a push-back against a player with Stand-Firm, what
exactly DOES happen? The rules on Ball & Chain do note that no one is
crazy to even TRY and stop them, so they get out of the way. But
Stand-Firm says a la The Black Knight "I move...for no man!"

So who wins this mess? If the Stand-Firm guy is on the ground this
fearless man is rolling out of the way as fast as he can! Which rule
takes preceent here? Current ruling I've seen "off-the-cuff" is that even
the Stand-Firm notes : "I might more for no man...but that fellow is
a loonie!", so even they move out of the way. And if knocked down,
just what square DOES he go down into?

If you re-read the whole section on Ball and Chain, you will notice that it says that Stand Firm negates B&C and the fanatic turn ends. Had this happen in a game a couple of days ago.
