Hi guys!
Almost had a fight with a good friend over a few rules, so if anyone could please help us out. Right. Here it goes:

1) Diving takle. If my player is down and his diving takler moves up to include me in his TZ, is he allowed to throw a DT as soon as I stand up? Is it legal?
1b) Is he allowed to use DT if he's carrying the ball and I want to Blitz him?
1c) Since I have to declare a Blitz, if he prevents my player from Blitzing (Push Back using DT) does this mean that no other player in my team can throw a blitz? I mean the blitz didn't actually take place am I right?

2) During blocks am I allowed to throw three dice only if my players strength is MORE THAN DOUBLE the strength of his player? Does this mean that in order to throw a Three dice block on a player with ST3 I need to have at least ST7?

3) If during a block a player gets Pushed Back and lands on a Player with SIDESTEP (who also gets Pushed Back) is he allowed to use the Skill and sside-step where he wants?

4) Is it legal to throw blocks against your own teammates?

5) Am I allowed to move my thrower, than move somebody else than pass the ball?
5b) Am i allowed to move a player half of his movemente pass and receive the ball and carry on moving?

6) Say I play Wood Elves. I have to start my next match with six players (many injuries ) Shouldn't this count somehow to determine a new TeamRating just for th sake of that match and to determine the Handicap and who gets the extra MVP's?

Are you playing old 3rd ed rules? If you are I'd swap them for the Living Rulebook 2.0 available from bloodbowl.com. Its the latest official rules - and much better than its predcessors.

I'm assuming you are using 3rd ed.

No.

Yes

You lose the blitz.

Yes - more than double S is required.

Yes

IIRC it is, but its a cheesy as hell and I'd ban it with a house rule.

Pass is at the end of the players action so they can't continue moving. If its a handoff they can as this is "free" and can be done at any point.

It doesn't effect Team Rating.

Diving Tackle doesn't work this way anymore. Diving Tackle now makes dodging away harder rather than throwing a block against someone... see the Living Rulebook for details.

Yes.

Yes.

No.

No... when activating your thrower you declare a Pass action. If the ball is thrown it must be done during this player's action and before any other player takes an action.

5b) Am i allowed to move a player half of his movemente pass and receive the ball and carry on moving?

No. The player receiving has already taken an action (he has moved) and cannot take another one.

No, your whole team counts towards the Handicap, even those who are currently missing the match. (Yeah, that one kinda sucks, but those is the rules! )

Only those who actually took the field.

1) Not completley sure bout I would say yes.
1b) Also I would say yes.
1c) I think here if it is only a pushback and you have enough movment you could go back at him again, but if not then no, you would lose your blitz.
2) Yes!
3) No!
4) No!
5) The thrower can move, but then he must throw then, you cannot come bacj to him!
5b) No, if the receiver has moved he cannot move after someone else on your team has gone.
6) No, injured players count in you TR!

I think that will clear up most of you queries, but I am not 100% on the diving tackle skill!

Diving tackle does not work this way with LRB so the answer would be no.

Yes
