Handicap Table Questions

I had a bunch of questions on some of the Handicap Table results as they stand today:
23 BIASED REFEREE: The opposing team count as being under the eyes of the referee for the whole match (i.e. all fouls will be spotted on a 4+).

What happens I throw a foul? Are we both at 4+?

25 GREASED SHOES: Pick a player on the opposing team. You've paid someone to grease the bottom of their shoes and their agility is reduced to 1 until a touch down is scored or the half ends.

So the only effect is that the player sits out for the first drive of the game, correct?

35 PALMED COIN: You automatically win the coin toss to start the game.

Can I use the same coin for overtime? :P

56 ASSASSIN: Your team has hired an assassin to take out one of the other team's top guns. Pick a player on the opposing team and make an injury roll for him. The opposing coach may use his Apothecary or Regenerate trait on the player, but an Apothecary used in such a fashion is not available for this match.
Can a stunned player still be set up for the first drive? Can I roll for the knocked out player before the first drive?

65 IRON MAN: One randomly selected player on your team is determined to play hard for the whole game, no matter what the cost - in fact, he refuses to get injured! If an opposing player beats his armour roll, he is only Stunned.

Does the opposing coach still get to make an injury roll? If the roll is 10+ does the opposing player get the Casualty SPPs?

I've just joined talkbloodbowl, so if these questions were answered already, sorry! Thanks for your help!

Answers (in order):

* Biased Referee: You foul as normal. The other team always uses a 4+ roll to get caught, whether or not the eye is on them.

* Greased Shoes: Mighty sneaky to just sit the player, but yes, that's about the extent of it.

* Palmed Coin: No, you can't use this in OT. As the underdog, just be thankful you got there! :)

* Assassin: Stunned and KOs aren't supposed to do anything. I realize this isn't clear, but it's a pre-game mechanic rather than an in-game mechanic.

* Iron Man: You don't roll, and you don't get casualties off iron men. If you break AV, put don't the dice! It's a stun. In other words, the entire table for the Iron Man reads, "2+ = Stunned"! :)

Cheers!

On the greased shoes, we play that you pick the player on the pitch after set up for the first kick off.
