I would drop if you buy a new lineman, but not yet.
This guy is a typicall victim. I would keep and place him always at the LoS.
If he gets hurt, you won't get hurt and he can put tackle zones on your opponents and assists to your blocks. With an AG4 he can still dodge and get assits for your catchers.
Retire? Or not too retire? That is the question!

I always set only three players on the LoS. They always get two dice block, no matter what there ST is. I always field my NI players or -1AG players or -1St players there and I'm hoping they get hurt and not my important players. If the get up then they put tackle zones or assist blocks.
My second line is to stop my opponent not the LoS, this is not the place to stop your opponents offence.
