I've got a team with a player with Kick and a player with Shadowing (MA8). Where should I try to kick to?
Previously I've kicked pretty deep and continued to do this in my first game with this combo. However, I didn't manage to get my shadower anywhere near the ball before my opponent managed to get hold of the ball and form a cage.
Any thoughts?
Cheers,
Martyn

If you get passblock on the shadower you can kick weak-side short in front of him and have him charge down anyone who tries to pass the ball out of there.
I would recommend that you keep kicking deep and use the shadower to either (a) tie up the fullback's supporting players or (b) in between the thrower and a possible cage where he can hang off the back of the cage and prevent it advancing easily. The two are not mutually exclusive.

I don´t know what type of team you play. I play High Elfs and have this tactic:
If I´m up against a slow team I kick deep so they have a long way to transport the ball.
If I´m up against a fast team I kick near the Line of Scrimmage so they´ll have to protect the ball. Either with a cage, where you can try to jump in and blitz the ball carrier or by throwing/running it backfield which is extra dies where things can go wrong and RR spent, + if he gets an early Turnover you´ll have easier to reach the ball.
