Hack Enlash.... worth it? How to use him?

Post by ulvardar »

Hi, next match my necromancer team is going to face a lizards team. Both are not developed teams, my oppo has the usual build (krox, 6 sauruses, 4 skinks) and i have 2 ww, 2 wights, 2 ghouls (1 with AG 4) and 5 zombies.

My flesh golem is not going to play (under repair after getting injured by a high elf  ), so i have 120k inducements.

I was considering Hack and his happy chainsaw.... maybe hunting skinks with him and the wights, or fouling fallen sauruses. He can condition my oppo play a bit, but AV 7 sounds he's not going to last a lot...

In the other hand, Igor or 2 babes sound more useful....

Not sure what to do. Any advice?

I'd say you want to be blitzing saurii with your woofs. You don't want to be blitzing the saurii with the saw. It is a threat to a skink, if he exposes one. Remember though, he has to take out 2 skinks in order to pay back his cost.

I'd be seriously tempted to get a bribe! Your zombies are nice and cheap, and you can either foul a saurus out, or if you get a skink down, stick a boot into it. Without Dirty Player, it's not ideal, but KOing a saurus will be more than worth it if it pays off, and you can probably get a good LOS foul in to break armour.

Chase skinks with the wights. If you get a skink 2d blitz with a wight, take it, else blitz a av 9 target with a wolf.

I agree with all of it except the part I bolded. He has to take out one Skink, and your team has to take out another Skink. Then, if you use him in the first half, he's worth it! Once you get the Lizards down to 1-2 Skinks, they start flailing.

But yeah, Hito's bigger point was that this is a game between two matchup teams, and the coach that does the better job getting his matchups will probably win the game.
