What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

In retrospect sure hands or even pro would be good however I had to play today and went for dodge but yes sure hands would have been better. Still only one more double

Re: Ogre team - +1 ag, block and double!
I just finished a Thanksgiving night game with my Ogres ( I play 5 Ogs and snots) and got two skills rolls, one double. My #2 Og (rolled for MVP, too!) already had 'Pro', so I took +1 AG and 'Sure Hands.'
I can't tell you how many times I tried to pick up the ball in that game! And I maybe did it successfully about 25-30% of the time. The last score (won 2-0 against Norse, and my first ever win so far with Ogres!), was my Og trying for two turns to pick up the ball, first, next to the try line/goal line (rugby reference, sorry), then after the bounce in to the end zone in next/adjacent left in front of me, my Norse buddy threw a block, I got pushed into the endzone, and after a successful bone head, move and pick up, I scored!
So yes, I went with Sure hands and +1 AG.
My Norse player decided to throw the block because he had been failing dodge rolls all night in my Tackle zones, but he had been scoring very well on 'Defender Down/Stumbles' on his block dice. He KNEW a bonehead does NOT exert tackle zones, but instead of picking up ther ball on the second to last turn, he WANTED to throw a block. He was just hoping to kill my Ogre at that point, after putting two snots in the Casualty bin.
Two snots as casualties, one Apoth re-roll, so one will come back. Lucky at the FAME/Gate roll, bought a sixth Ogre. I have another that has 'Guard' -- another trait I can't say enough good things about.
So anyway, it was a tough choice, Block/Break Tackle was my first choice. (There would be more tactical playing choices for an Ogre runner if he had to roll +2's to get out of tackle zones, right?, next to another Ogre with Guard, eh?). When I started BB, I played dwarves and did quite a few backfield passes to open up running and throwing lanes becasue I felt their movement is SHORT, so that's why I went in the 'throwy' intention with my Ogre team. Which is ironic, becasue my friend playing Norse, choose the Norse, because they are essentailly dwarves with greater movement values (very simply put, and please, I mean no offense to any dwarf player. I still have both of my NAF registered Dwarf teams, too).
But Pro/+1 AG/Sure Hands won out, because I feel that my chances of scoring with my #2 Ogre is way lower if I can't pick up or get a hand off on the ball. My decision was that I would do my best to ensure a 'greater' CHANCE (it's all a dice roll after all!).
My first thought when starting the Ogres was the challenge of it. I wanted to try to get a 'throwy' base, then go for a solid block/run team. On second thought, as I play them, I think I should've gone in reverse, but I'm having a hell of laugh when I play, which for me was the point of jumpimg in to BB anyway.
My plans for the next Ogre skill will be either Guard -- if I get a new skill for an Ogre that doesn't have any, or if my #2 levels up again he'll get get 'Break Tackle' - because more than likely he'll have the ball the most, next to the snots, and have my other Ogre that already has 'Guard' run with him (provided that I make successful bonehead rolls!).
I can't wait for my next game!
