I'd post this as a poll but I'm not sure there's much more to it than the basic points. If you have additional thoughts I'd appreciate hearing them.
How should a coach's tactics change once his opponent is out of re-rolls? I'm tempted to say simply: "make them roll dice", which to me means manning up, thereby taking more blocks and forcing more dodges. In general, play more aggressively. Is this wise? If the opponent then proceeds to make all those rolls, you've probably exposed yourself, and likely hit the turf more than you otherwise would, which runs its own share of risks.
Side questions: How does your offensive setup change? Defence?
Let's assume for the sake of argument that the result of the game is still in doubt.

Depends a lot on the teams you're playing and TV. If TV is low, make 'em block and ball and stuff. If it's high, that may or may not help and you shouldn't take unreasonable risks in the hopes that one of those blocks goes doubleskull before the other six decimate your menz.
Mind you, if one side has a ton of RRs and the other one doesn't, control has probably been established one way or the other. Either one side burned all their TRRs coming out the gate and smashing the other side beyond hope, or one side burned all their TRRs in a forlorn effort to stay relevant. 'Course, one or two to none, that comes up a lot.

Re: How tactics should change when opponent is out of re-rol
I'm suffering in an "Iron Man" league (Necros of course) where you cannot have rerolls except through Leader skill, inducements or the kickoff table.... People constantly tag my rookie werewolves in the hopes of skulling out/double downs... all too often they are right.... Lost to humans in an even match (their personal rerolls ruled the day
); then lost to Skaven while a 270k underdog (sigh!); and finally won against Gobbos as a 170k underdog... (well, I should win against gobbos).... But I digress....
So, yes to what Matt says: when your opponent is out of rerolls (well, normal opponents... not freakin' elves), force them to make as many rolls as possible (blocks/dodges/pickups) knowing that 1 out of 3 (on average) will fail....

I don't change much, but it changes my attitude to "emergency". Normally, leaving 2x 3+ dodges and 2x gfi's for a 1d block on my ball carrier is not a chance I'm willing to leave, but if my opponent has no rerolls left, and he'd have to leave most of his team in contact to have a go at it, I don't mind leaving it on.
