Yeah, what ianwilliams said. If you're going to attack the cage, hit the back of it. Then if they block, they can't follow up and get forward. They have to either block and bring in new rear cage players, dodge their rear cage players, or block and accept not moving for a turn.

Definitely try and prevent the cage from ever happening, but that can be hard, I know.

Your biggest mismatch against them is speed. You move much faster than they do, use that by spreading the field, feinting one direction and going another, etc.

Make sure that when you have the ball and the ability to score, you don't do it too quickly. You don't want them scoring twice in the half, just once.

In blocking you're pretty close together, especially if you don't stand next to them. They get a blitz and a few hits and so do you. They have block, you have two blitzers with block. Try to get your dodgers on their non-tackle players.

You're going to get wasted by their Guards. Kill them. Kill them dead. Foul them, push them out of bounds with your witch elf if possible, kill them a lot. Of course, also destroy the blitzers and runner (the only ag3 players they've got), but they're likely to be a lot more protected than the Guard LBs.
