New League - Slann

I could use some opinions. We are going to start-up our next season after the new year. I lost our title game and am bringing back the Slann.

The team has a 4 strength linefrog with a move break. he currently has 14 spp.
1. should i keep him?
2. if i keep him do i give him block or wrestle next?
- my thought before the break was wrestle to have him leap into cages on sure hand ball carriers
3. The team is by far the highest tv in the league he is an expensive piece.

I'm leaning toward keeping him and still going the wrestle route. What do you all think?
