Str 4 Wardancer

I've had my first few games in the new SCBBL and I have been lucky enough to pick up a Str boost on a Wardancer. I had planned to go for strip ball on one Wardancer and tackle or frenzy on the other but with the boost I'm now not sure which way to go. The league has ten fairly varied teams and I should have about six more games before the play-offs.

I'm interested to know what others would take. This is of course just hypothetical as we all know the Wardancer will not live to see another skill up but still.

OMG! This player needs to die ASAP!

Hmm, I think Tackle or Frenzy are probably better options than strip ball now that he's ST4. Depends how irratic your play style is. I would probably take tackle.

Frenzy! Nobody is safe! Pro at 31, in case you have to burn a TRR leaping.

Come on now. You know that Nuffle is only going to bless a ST4 Wardancer with +AG for his next roll so that nobody will ever be able to stop him.

Or have the crowd kill him with a rock at the start of the next game.

Either way I am currently thinking Frenzy, it may speed up his demise but he will go out in a blaze of glory.

That just depends on how badly he hates you directly compared to how badly he hates everyone else. Nuffle will strike where he can do the most damage.

You could ignore it for MB. Then I would be arguing in the face of popular consent. BTW in a mini league I turned down double 6 for MB.

Smurf, don't turn it down! It's the only way to get a Str 5 WD :orc:

Frenzy is really cool when you have ST4 ( => no assists needed) and AG4. Sidestep next.

Frenzy, Side-step, Tackle - no ball carrier is safe. I just need 20+ SPPs.

Which is really easy on a ST4 wardancer :) You'll be blitzing/hitting with it every turn and it'll make a great runner if you wanted to spam TDs on it.

It'll starve the rest of your team of SPPs for a game or three, but if you've got a good plan, it's probably worth it.

What'd be your plan for a doubles roll in there? Mighty Blow? I ended up with a 4ST, 10MV, Mighty Blow Wardancer in my first TT season and it was the absolute best weapon in my arsenal.
