What to do with a Big Guy Minataur?

I have a Chaos team that has so far played two games My strategy has worked fairly well I have kept the score 0-1 both games ( I still lost) but have gotten 20 star player points on my Minataur. Problem...... What do I do with this guy? Because he takes up four squares he can't seem to go anywhere. I gave him the ball once and had him run with it out of a tackle zone but there never seem to be four squares open. So I never scored. My second game Ialmost scored on turn 8 second half but I had to roll for my Big Guy first and because there was a player in front of him he had to attack (is this right?) and he rolled a skull with no reroll so thatwas the end of the game.
I also have $150,000.00 and was looking at buying someone like Morg N' Thorg but per Blood Bowl rules(unless not a league game) you can't own a star player so what should I do? So far I have 1 Reroll 3 Asst Coaches a Fan factor of 8 11 players including Big Guy Minataur 4 warriors and 6 Beasts for a total of 11 guys no apothecary and a big guy who cant do crap.
I have 20 Star player points on my big guy due to all the killings he did so I can get two more things for him what should I get? I rolled double on second option.

All players Take Up 1 square
4 squares were back in 2nd edition, take Block and claw on the Mino,
and spend the money on another re roll
Hope that helps

well claw can only be taken on a double, as its a physical ability
Its what i'd go for unless you want to take leap,

On a double I'd take razor sharp fangs/claws, with mighty blow or even better piling on that makes a very nice killing machine.
Or you could take prehensile tail if there are many AGI teams in your league, otherwise go for Razor Sharp Claws/fangs.

I very much agree with the razor sharps over the claw. Mighty blow will get through most lineman's armour, probably what he usually faces, and razor sharps makes him just plain scary. However, instead of prehensile tail think about tentacles (D6 plus str in an oppossed roll

), noone will be getting away.
On a normal roll get block straight up then think about pro (the only reroll he'll ever get). Makes using him less scary as you will not miss as many turns because he falls over. These ideas were actually borrowed from a friend of mine who did this with his minotaur.
He never did get the double but I lived in fear of the day with my Delfs.

The Reason to take Claw over RSC is because it increases the chance to break armor more than the Mighty blow, which will result in at least a stun, and a player out for a turn, Sure RSC will increase amounts of casualties, If you break the armour,
Mighty blow is good V your average Liners, But what if your facing players with High AV (9), you will wish You had claw

Block and Leader
He'll fall down 25% as much as he does now, and he can use the Leader re-roll (at least I think most everybody plays that way.) Other players on the team can use the Leader RR too, and it always works, if only once per half.
If you can't use Leader on a Big Guy in your league, then get Block and Piling On; when he's on the ground, WA won't hurt nearly as much, and he'll get so many Cas it's not even funny.

Piling on. Combines well with mighty blow and it means you can put him on the ground to prevent him making a forced block if he gets surrounded.

Listen to Marcus. He´s right.
Pile On is the best skill a Minotaur can get under current Wild Animal rule.

Manu and MArcus : Piling on before Block ?
I would have went : Block - Piling On - Guard. What do you guys think ?

Well, Block is the "must have" skill, that´s why I didn´t even mentioned it.
Block - Pile On - Guard is perfectly right.

You can only take a claw if you a roll a double on a skill roll, so it's best to have a plan of what to take on the presumption that doubles are less likely than a basic roll.
For the mino in my REBBL challenge team I was considering tentacles on a double, and tackle once block and pro have been taken. Not the fastest sweeper in the world but any of your average catchers are going to have trouble dodging away. And they tend to have lighter armour than the rest of team. Haven't tested this plan yet though, it might blow.
