The High Life

So, I have this little collection of drunkards, ne'er-do-wells, and slackers by the name of the High Life. They represent the pinnacle of high elf society. I have a question about their development. What direction should i go with them?
Boris Yeltsin: Thrower, Pass, Safethrow, Strong Arm, Accurate (Double 5 skill)
George Burns: Lineelf -
Dean Martin: Lineelf- wrestle Guard
Benjamin Franklin: Lineelf - Block Guard
Jim Morrison: Lineelf Kick (MNG)
Winston Churchill: Lineelf +STR
Barney Grumble: Lineelf Block, Guard
Dylan Thomas: Lineelf
W.C. Fields: Lineelf
Ernest Hemingway: Catcher +AG, Wrestle, Dodge, Tackle
Michael Caine: Catcher Blcok, Dodge, Guard -AV
Jack Kerouac: Blitzer Guard, Might Blow, Dodge, +AG

Priority at this point is another blitzer , then to replace Michael Caine due to his -Av. Past that any ideas? Leap on Jack and Ernest? Wow is all i can say to that. Sidestep is great as wellm, and i am torn. Next game against a 10 rat skaven team, then dwarves, ugh...
