How tactics should change when opponent is out of re-rolls

I'd post this as a poll but I'm not sure there's much more to it than the basic points. If you have additional thoughts I'd appreciate hearing them.
How should a coach's tactics change once his opponent is out of re-rolls? I'm tempted to say simply: "make them roll dice", which to me means manning up, thereby taking more blocks and forcing more dodges. In general, play more aggressively. Is this wise? If the opponent then proceeds to make all those rolls, you've probably exposed yourself, and likely hit the turf more than you otherwise would, which runs its own share of risks.
Side questions: How does your offensive setup change? Defence?
Let's assume for the sake of argument that the result of the game is still in doubt.
