Chaos Cup - Chaos List Help

So for thematic and modeling reasons I am taking Chaos to this years Chaos Cup
Build Rules:
1,000,000 for 11+ players rerolls, fan factor, coaches, and cheerleaders, Inducements
150,000 for normal or doubles skill (Not Allowed to take Leader)
Up to 2 added skills per player
Up to 4 instances of a skill per team
Chaos is pretty tough in the setting. Here is my first try but completely unsure of what to build
4 x Warriors (2x Block, 2x Guard)
7 x Beastman (1x Tackle, 1 x Sure Hands and Block)
Apo
1 FF
Thoughts, Alt Builds, help, advice etc. Thanks

7 x Beastman (1 x Sure Hands)
Apo

Make the blodge warrior your ball carrier... Two guards as cage corners.... Claw for scare value....

I'm normally a Guard fan, but here I would rely on S4 or Horns to carry the day:
4 x Warriors (option A=Block+Mb; Block; option B=3 Block; option C=MB+Claw; Block)
7 x Beastmen (Wrestle+Tackle; Block+Sure Hand)

No Mino, far too unreliable and not worth a double skill to give it Block. i can give claw to a Warrior. Also doesn't fit my modeling scheme.

In my experience, the minotaurs are generally used as casualty machines, as it only takes one skill to get them to Claw+MB. Then you can give them Block or Pile-On, but they're already pretty useful at that point. If you're not going that route, your list is pretty decent. I would rather have 3 Block+MB/Guard Warriors instead of the apothecary, though.
You're right about it being a fairly tough format for Chaos. I was considering Pact myself, but none of the rosters I could come up with were incredibly appealing.

The Apo has no bearing on the skills on the Warriors so I am not sure what you mean. Build gold and skill gold are completely separate?

Minotard: Block+Claw
Warriors: Block, Block
Beastmen: S-Hands, Wrestle, Wrestle

You're right, of course.
But that only makes it all the more difficult to get around the minotaur.
If you're set on leaving him out, I would put Block on all Warriors, Sure Hands on one of them and MB on two others. Could maybe see dropping the MB for a Wrestle+Tackle beast, but he's going to be pretty easy to mark.

Why would I want a player that fails to move 1/3 or 1/6 times I try to use him and is only AV8 in a tournament? The only way to field him is to take only 1 RR or to only take 3 Warriors neither is a a very optimal choice for a tournament setting. You're not selling me

Ok!
The main selling point is that you can get a ST5, Frenzy, Claw, MB player while only spending 20,000 from your skill budget, though the obvious trade-off is spending a fair amount of your roster budget. If that's not interesting to you, so be it. You can play a passable grind game with your original roster, but you're going to be outclassed by other grind teams if you can't get any of their players off of the board.
