Human blitzer getting his fourth skill roll

I need some help on a blitzer i have been devolping

He is
7 3 4 9
Block, pro, surehands, Magic Helmet

I was hoping to roll doubles and take dodge but I rolled a regular skill. He had surehands before he got the AG + so that kinda wasted one skill roll.

What Should I get him now? I use him as one of my main ball handlers.

since he has magic hemlet we don't know what rules you are using so there could be loads of different answers

We are playing LRB but the cards have been house ruled in to a limited level. We cut the decks down removing a lot of cards, and you can only get one a game. But that is for another topic.

That is one of the few house rules we have. I would love to get rid of the cards but the rest of the league loves them, go figure.

Tackle or sure feet. Sure feet is more along the lines of a scorer.

Sure feet is an Agility skill. He would need doubles.

I'd go with Pass Block, Strip Ball, or Sure Hands.

Pass block will let him use that AG 4 for 5+ interceptions.
Strip Ball will let him grab the ball when he's playing defense.
Sure hands will help him recover those failed catches.

Yeah either Strip Ball or pass Block.
Since he have AG4 he can much more easily dodge through to block the ball carrier and the same goes for Pass block.
It depends on what you want.

Id go with Strip Ball. He can blitz the ball free and pick it up in TZs with his AG4 and Sure Hands. Normally Id choose Guard, Tackle or MB for Blitzers, but this 1 is already down the ballplayer route, so ...

can't have too much guard. it helps on both sides of the ball, offense and defense!

I'd take Tackle, I guess. I always love Tackle on my own Blitzers and hate Tackle on my opponents Blitzers. Even more than Guard.

Tackle or Strip ball.

Strip Ball is worth taking if a lot of teams do not have Sure Hands ball carriers.

Tackle is best in a league with lots of dodgers - remember there aren't too many teams that don't have any so a couple of tacklers is always useful.

I love Tackle, let you take on those annoying gutter runners or elves, strip ball after that and if you're lucky roll a double and take leap, mighty blow is more a skill for bashing type of blitzer!!!!
