Nope not just you, just tried to upload our game too and that came up-I thought my employers computer system had put a block on that page...

Idiots at webhost forgot to send me a bill for the site ... since I pay two years at a time ... I don't track this really ... also was pretty sure I had signed up for automatic payments.

SOOOO ... it will be back up as soon as one of them actually contact me so I can pay for the next two years.
