Buying Bloodball..... questions?

Post by Silver Wolf »

I'm buying tomorow my bloodball.
I'm buying in a store here in Portugal, so I have to make some questions.....

I played once about 5/6 years ago.

My questions are

how can I recognize which version I'm buying?

What version should I buy?

What version should I really run from?

Thanks in advance!!

I just saw the new re-released box set in my local gaming store the other day. It has the same contents as before, from what I've seen. So I don't think that it will be too different from what they've sold before (field, 2 plastic teams, humans v. orcs, etc.). What you'll need is the Living Rule Book, unless this is included, and I didn't look close enough to see if this was included. If it's not, I think you might still be able to print it off gw's bb website. Hope that helps! :smoking:

The newest version of the Blood Bowl boxed set includes the board, counters, dice, the 2 plastic teams, rulers etc. and the new BB Handbook (the printed version of the LRB).

Even if you do buy the older boxed set with the old rulebook you can just download the LRB and you won't really be missing anything.

Could you provide the link, cuz i just ran a search and all i can turn up is the normal GW site and it doesnt seem to have any links to BB.
