LRB and PBBL...?

What's the difference? I downloaded one of the GW site, which I presume is the LRB (living rule book) but I can't be sure. Can anyone clarify this for me?

PBBL are the new rules for BB. they should be the new LRB 5 this month [isnt it?]
one of the other guy will defo be able answer this, but PBBL has more skills, different rules etc.. though the game its self is similar so dont worry.
btw, the author of the PBBL rule book is Galakstarscraper here on TBB. ask him nicely and im sure he'll answer

Hopefully within the next two weeks the LRB will be updated.
A new version of the LRB has been finished ... this is the LRB 5.0 which has the edition referred to as PBBL as part of it.
