The plan for some time has been to re-release BB in 2007 with the new LRB5. This is not set in stone however, and depends heavily on GW's financial situation and their commitment to the specialist games at the time.
Not sure about miniatures. The SG schedule for minis is pretty limited, and BB has just had a fair few new models. It is likely that we won't be having any more for a few years. Eventually it will be BB's turn again, and I know a new Dwarf team has been sculpted.
Chaos League was a BB rip-off game that came out last year. GW sued, and recently an agreement was reached whereby the producers of Chaos League would get the licence to make an official BB game. Nothing more is known about this game or when it will appear.

When I can recall the official text it was stated there that they "will" make a game.

And I can recall SG games "will" make new models, supplements and titles for all their ranges.
A Games Workshop "will" is about as trustworthy as a £7 pound note.

Or a $1 or $2 bill (note) here in Canada.

So there is no such thing as a £7 note?

Damn, then I got ripped off...

We all know JJ is a relatively minor player in the GW world. Its not like he's a director of the company or part of the executive. So anything he says is largely what he intends to achieve - whether he can make those wishes reality is another matter and looking at what's happened over the past couple of years it looks like events have changed JJ's ability to get a new boxed set out.
