I have 3 tips:
1) Dodge
2) Dodge lots
3) If the ball is loose, go for it.

Use your speed against them. Hang back, pulling them deeper into your side of the pitch and then reverse the field and out run them. I'd also play a prevent defense in the middle of the field and force them to one side. :D

What's a "prevent" defense? Is there an article somewhere discussing this?

the main tip is take advantage of your strengths.

speed and agility. pass a lot to get your thrower those spp's and try not to leave any players in tackle zones. make him blitz instead of block. (waste his blitz) :P

elf throwers are dynamite especially if you get an ag+ (rare) or a double for the strong arm (also rare) :D

mainly just try to have fun... :)

Just be sure that in all this dodging and passing you dont miss a chance to seriously kick some characters ass.
Dont forget high elf catchers are strength 3 .
This means that if they leave their thrower back, dont be afraid to hit him till he bleeds. If you are always dodging then the orc player will probably begin to split his players up a bit to cover all of yours.
Pick a player, wait till he is isolated, hit him with your high movement blitzers and when he is down kick him again with a foul.
In this way at least you can expect to knock a couple of players off the pitch during the game and you wont feel completely rorted when he finally lands a couple of hits and sends your favourite player to the injury bin..........and he will eventually.

With high elves versus orcs, you will probably win in the score line, but it is important to ensure that you also hurt him at least a little.
