I have a chance to get the 3rd ed or the 4th ed. Which should I get? Also, I tried downloading the Living Rulebook Rules and it keeps sending me back to the original page. Can't seem to get them. Can anyone email them to me? Any help for a newbie is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much....

Jeff

Well you can only get the 3rd edition second hand now i assume as games workshop are selling the new edition. If you are happy to use the living rulebook then it would be cheaper to pick up a second hand 3rd edition. I recommend you shell out for the new one from games workshop but its up to you really.

The
Living Rulebook (or LRB) is the most recent ruleset.
This is currently on version 1.3 and should be updated soon.

Sometimes it takes me several clicks to get through to download it. I've had luck holding the Control key and then clicking the link also ... don't know why, but always seems to work.
If you don't get it, send a message to
tom.anders@blood-bowl.net . He's a chap who doesn't have a life other than BB, so he probably could email it to you.

Go third edition. Pure Genius. The game needs no overcomplication, nor crap magazine to enhance it. (Rant over, I'll get me coat)

No, it's true...I like the picture as well !! Have a converted team of Gobbo's myself, but I'm thinking of tearing off some of their arms to have more poses like your !cool! mini! (what parts did you use for the arms ???)
