i was reading the rules, and i wasn't sure about it, but do you have
to do a dodge roll to both exit and enter an opponents
tackle zone? also where does that +1 modifier for "making a dodge
roll" come from? also same question about that modifier for picking
up the ball that says "+1 for picking up the ball".
finally, if its a "+1" modifier on a required roll of eg "4+" that means
that you only need to roll a "3+" right (this scenario as in
measuring if you can pick up the ball or not, or dodge)? please confirm,
and/or answer the other questions if you knw what i am talking about
thanks.

You make a dodge roll when leaving a tacklezone, with a -1 modifier in you dodge into another TZ. The +1 to dodge and pick up are just game mechanics, otherwise both actions would be to difficult on the crowded pitch.

So yes, your dodging example is correct, it's a 3+.

Its just like Darkson said.
Just wanted to make it clear that its -1 modifier to dodge for each TZ you dodge into.
