Are canvas boards OK, or do they need to be solid? Any room for a larger board, should one turn up in the next 48 hours?

Good question, Will need to know if my 3'x2' board is OK.

What is the plan for Saturday evening? Do people normally hang about and play board games?

1. I "think" you'll need normal boards, but to be honest many of you have played on the tables at that hall more than I have! Ha e a look at pics from previous years, that should tell you (not at home so can't check). Pretty certain the new board won't fit.
2. There is nothing official planned for Saturday night but if people want to hang around and board game that's not a problem (bring your own board games!) as I'll have keys so will be locking up.
Will see if any of the locals not attending (boo!) want to pop down Sat night as well.

Anyone going to this want "the wheel of time" series of books by Robert Jordon? Got all 14, all used ( except the last one) but in good condition!
£20, bring a big bag they are quite thick books!!

Right, all teams have been received (apart from one of the sadly missing Welsh teams
) and are now locked in.
This is now the point I start stressing about the things I think I've forgotten, then stressing because I can't remember what the things I think I've forgotten are!
