Nothing official, but a day before would be helpful. Once you send it to me you can change it as often as you like up until you sit down for yout first game.

Like I said earlier, I won't stop someone playing with unpainted models. I'd much rather people play with painted ones, but if it's the difference between someone being able to have the tournament they want to with the dream team they've built and not, I won't impose anything official stopping them.
