Powergamey question time! When you buy extra skills, you have to give your team a niggle. Does that mean the niggled player can't receive any more injuries? For example, if I were playing halflings and chose two extra skills then gave my two treemen niggles, does that mean I can't give them the -st?

Correct, players are allowed a max of 1 injury each. The only exception is when you have more injuries to apply than players!
