You can, the secondary can be taken as a primary. Tourplay should allow this. Let us know if you have any issues.

Please only submit *one* team on Tourplay. Yoi can replace that team if you are unhappy with your choice (if you tell me before the 7th Feb deadline) but please don't spam the registration list with multiple teams.
