Any idea of how many people usually enter?

I think McDeth said he's going, and I'd expect a showing from the ECBBL boys as usual. Just wondering how many others from TBB...

£24 if you're non-WPS, £20 if you are.
5 games, sort out your own accom (there's links on the site I believe).
Closing date for entries is the 21st (a week from this Saturday). Entry forms are downloadable from the WPS site.

Anyone know what time the first games are each day. No info on the PDF download.

I wouldn't be able to afford to kip over in Bristol, so I would have to commute each day..if I can get a car load to split the petrol costs. (One day I won't be such a tight b*stard

I'm not going on principle. The WPS had the opportunity to hold this event in a reasonable location (instead of a back water village near Bristol which is a biatch to get to and if you don't book accom 4 months in advance you have to travel about an hour each way) but didn't. So they will have to do without entry money from me, max and others from up here.

Fingers crossed they get it right next time...

p.s. I hope that there's more than the 6 or 7 players it's attracted over the previous years.

Looks like I'm not making it now, a weekend away, come home for 2 days then out to A'dam for Tulips is just too much, too close. Besides, can't seem to get any replies as to whether it's possible to register now and pay on the day and the last registration was yesterday anyway.
We'll see.

If you are having problems I'd suggest going to the WPS forum and asking there. Also unhappiness

about the event may actually get back to the Conrad and the other organisers.

BTW I'm not going - for the same reason as DW - but I think a few ECBBL blackshirts will turn up to claim their prize
