Looking for a Tool to use with League Manager

I want to use the League Manager from http://trollcave.no-ip.org/LeagueManager/. Is there a Tool to Create Teams and import with the League Manger ?

Ok, I found a new Version of the League Manager. I can Import HTML Files.
