Upgrading Existing OBBLM

Hey folks,
We've got an existing portal at http://pbbl.uhearttrollgate.com that I'd like to upgrade to include all the fixes (like the Cemetery Lockdown).
Is there a method to doing so?
Will it interrupt our current league/tournament?
I looked over the Wiki and it was a bit sparse...
