Updated the "tournamets postings" section with rules!!! i also remember everybody to contact me to fin a reservation in hotel. For now i have found the reservation for the english, the dutch and 2 german guys

My problem is that i have to work at Fridays and Mondays so i wont have a big timewindow for cheap ryanair flights

I found a Flight for me and my girlfriend what is still expensive but affordable
Arrival time - Fr 10 Nov - 17:45 - Bologna
Starting time - So 12 Nov - 18:45 - Bolonga

when does a train/bus go to Riolo Terme from Bolonga ?
wenn do i have to leave in Riolo Terme to get our Plane (we only take carry-on baggage)?
and how much cost the ticket ?

As I've heard that Bologna is 1h away and you also have to plan time for checking in etc. I don't think that you will reach that flight....

How to get to Riolo Terme:
the best way to reach riolo terme is by car. That's because there are no bus which reach riolo after 5,30 pm.
if you don't have the car, the best way is from bologna: you have to take the train to castelbolognese which is 5 km far from riolo and then we'll give you a lift by car.
if you land in pisa, just take the train to florence and then another train to bologna
from forlÃ¬, take the train to castelbolognese
you can find all the info about italian trains on www.trenitalia.it

we haven't yet decided the timetable of the tournament, but is a very good question!!! i think that it will end about 6 or 7 pm, but i'll let you know when i'll be sure of this
10 players? very good

portugal won't come, so 2 of you can play with the freebooter team if they agree...
we have to decide also the price of the registration because it includes also the saturday dinner and the lunches for the weekend, but we're waiting an answer from the restaurant for the lunches, so when we'll know that, you'll know it as well

i'll wait for your e-mail for reservation

P.S. where are the scottish??? for now only grotuk (the spanish-scottish) has the reservation...

As long as i know...they have the flights booked so i think they will make the registration soon.

Is there any easy way to go from airport to the place or is it easier to rent cars?

Well I spoke too EG he other night and he said he had it booked

Can you book a room for Friday too Sunday for 6 (Hoomin, Lowsman, Valen, EG, General Jonty, & Grotuk) and 1 for Fri and Sat (Zfurelli). We are still working on our 8th player as far as I know, but we are all there

I will get in touch with EG about this, bloody fool, is there anything else you need Beppe while I am speaking too him?

Slight modification to Valen's post.

At the moment, it is 6 for Friday, Saturday and sunday Night(Hoomin, Lowsman, Valen, EG, General Jonty, & Grotuk)

2 for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday night. (Zfurelli + Missus)

I am assuming our 8th player whether he is a Scot or not, will need Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
