Hello fellow Blood Bowl coaches!
I´m Glorian Underhill and by the authorities of this years Eurobowl I have been granted the right to act as the Team Captain of the Freebooter Team. The Freebooter team will been named the "UMPF All Stars".
UMPF is the short form of:
"United Mercenaries, Peseteros and Freebooters"
The first adress for european top Freebooters.
Our motto: Don’t think if you can afford it to hire us for your team, but can you afford it that we are hired by the other team!
If the current number of teams will stay this way we will need a Freebooter Team to make it an even number. So for all who want to attend at this team there can be made no guarantee that you will play at the Eurobowl this year. If another teams drops out for any reason the UMPF Team will be cut first to make it an even number again.
Also this Team will have a max. per Country number of Players to ensure that this will be not a team Itaila II. So the maximum number of italians in this team will be 3 Players provided by Beppe#2.
Organisation:
-Sign up here first.
-Get known by Beppe#2 for the Hotel reservation. If you are a Member/Cheerleader of a national Team contact your Team Captain for reservation. If you are a real freelance Freebooter just contact Beppe#2 yourself.
-Put a list of your played team after your Signup. Like: Orcs/Wood Elfes/Dwarfs. This means your most favourite Team is Orcs, then Woodelfes then Dwarfs.
Even I may be the Team Captain but I will not play in this Team as I am already Booked by a "real" Blood Bowl Nation.
At this stage there are no meshes/trikots planed for the Team Members. Instead an Armlet with the UMPF Logo and Line. If there is enough demand we will make mesh.
So finaly I have to repeat that there can be no guarantee for playing, as I was myself the last 3 years not sure on Friday night if I will play the next day.
My brother already said this last Evening: "The Problem with a Freebooter Team is that most of these coaches might come under the desire to loose against their countrymen voluntary. They are not like you, they have moral."
So to make this clear. If you sign up your soul belongs to me, and if I say smash those opponents then you will aks how hard.
They have not taken you into their beloved team because they think you doesn't have it. They have said something else, but you could see the truth in their eyes.
