I like specially the metals.
The weakest part IMHO is the skin. Its too plain. I mean...the shadows and the highlights are pretty well executed but its just...green.. I'll like to see it with some extra tones added (browns, purple, yellow, red...).
But all this is in order to achieve a real Pro level. You are at the doors. Again, in my opinion.
Also, as a side note, and as a personal taste, i prefer the "hidding" chess paterns. I mean, start in a solid color and in the other edge of the sword make it dissapear.

Well, there IS a little red on his nose; and there are some pink and purple tones on the lower lip. It´s discrete, but there are some other tones.

I know what you mean and I like that, too. But I wanted to try something different. I think the way I painted the blades is pretty unique.
But thanks for the criticism. I really appreciate that.
Greets,
Oli

I noticed the tones on the nose and the lower lip...but you need to add those tones all over the skin. Try to watch some nude people (not need to be totally nude

) ...and look how the skin is not plain with some shadows and lights...there are tones everywhere. The veins, hair and so add some coloration to it.
In my experience, for orcs or goblins...some purple added in the shadows works very well. Try it in your next shoot
About the swords, i already told you...its just personal taste :p But i like yours a lot too. They are really smooth. I'll like to work that smooth in my paintjobs

He's awesome Redfink. Vivid is the best way to describe him.
