Yes it is, mainly because the previous owners laid it.

That static grass seems to be poorly applied. It just looks flat and takes away the overall great look of the base. Just look at that grassy part next to the barrel. I like that mini a lot, the grass could need some improvement.

Had not really noticed the grass, but now looking at it, it really is bad. Looks more like uncooked spaghetti than grass.
