This is the online part of the brick and mortar store where I first played Blood Bowl. Mark (the store owner) and I go way back.

Depends on how much you're ordering:

Chaos Mail Order, as Galak linked, does 20% -- they have a flat shipping rate of $7.95 but go free if you order over $100 worth of GW.

The Warstore -- www.thewarstore.com -- does 20% with just one flat shipping rate of $4.95 on all orders.

So less than $100 order, use Warstore; over $100, use Chaos. I've ordered from each of them before and would recommend either one, having received excellent customer service from both.

Miniature Market -- www.miniaturemarket.com -- is another store with which I've personally had a good experience; they do 20% on GW and do free shipping on orders over $75.
