There will be a PDF available for all people who sign up.

In the meantime, I recommend to use the "Print frame to PDF" functionality of most PCs.

I sounds a bit ackward, I apologize for this, but there is a good reason for the procedure.

have you tried reading the rules in Italian? Maybe it's clearer for you then.

The 1,100,000 gp are the mimimum you have to spend on this:

At least 11 standard roster players before any star player
0-8 Re-Rolls
Assistant coaches
Cheerleaders
0-1 Apothecary or Igor, depending on race
0-9 Fan Factor
Inducements. The cost will be as following and will count for all 9 games:
0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs for each 50 kgp
0-3 Bribes for each 100 kgp, for Goblins only for each 50 kgp
0-1 Masterchef for 300 kgp, for Halflings only 100 kgp
0-2 NAF-approved star players for their regular cost

the additional cash/budget on day 1 is the maximum you can spend for your team, including skills...

e.g. if you are have a team from Tier 1 you can buy a team of 1,100,00 gp, including everything on the list above, and then spend the remaining 60,000 gp for skills. But you can also buy a team for 1,140,000 gp and only spend 20,000 gp for skills. For Tier 1 the options are a bit restricted, but in the higher Tiers it might be better to spend more money on the team and take less skills.

Ok!
So this meaning that...
All team MUST spent 1100k on team builging.

But... On day1 only gains extra Cash equal to:
Tier 1 +60k
Tier 2 +100k
Tier 3 & 4 +150k
For both skills or team building.

For Day 2 and 3 extra cash are avaible only for skills.

Ooook... Now is better...
Unfortunately (or luckely) anyone may not spent 1100k + 1160k for Tier 1 on building and skilling, for example, on an Undead team....

A mon avis macro xls pour la limite générale de  deux champions max
On french forum, someone who plans to play ogre tried to recruit Brick Far'th & Grotty (which should count only as one Star Player inducement) AND Scrappa Sorehead and he said there was a "red alert".

I need to get this investigated by the rules guys. It was my understanding that BF&G count as two star players, but reading LRB6 just talks about 2 roster slots and being one inducement. I'll get back to you once I find out.

Ok thanks.

According to me, LRB 6 rules mean that :
-you can hire Brick Far'th & Grotty + another star player if you're allowed to play with 2 star players
-you can't play with 14 players (4 ogres and 10 snotlings for example) + Brick Far'th & Grotty + another star player as Brick Far'th & Grotty take 2 slots, the other star player take 1 slot and so only 13 free slots remain for other players.

But I let you explain your rule understanding about that (and so world cup rules on that case) and I will translate it in french on french forum.

The text in the CRP is pretty clear:
CRP wrote:Note: you must have 2 slots open on your roster to induce this duo which counts only as one Star Player inducement
DZ2 is slightly more ambiguous; Brick & Grotty don't appear in DZ2 but "The Swift Twins" do, without any note. But they're listed as one Star Player entry, with one price, which take up two roster slots. And in my opinion no reason to treat "Double Stars" any differently than in the CRP.

After review it was decided to treat the Swift Twins the same way as Brick Far'th & Grotty (BF&G), despite it not being explicitly states in the rules for them. The rules for BF&G are clear, they count as one inducement, but take up two roster slots. So it is possible to have another Starplayer on the roster. The roster templates on the WC4 website are now updated accordingly (Version v2.6).

Before any discussion will come up about the Twins ruling: Leagues and other tourneys may rule differently, but for the World Cup IV they will be treated like BF&G. To have the twins and another starplayer on the roster, will only be feasible for Elven Union, since all other Elven teams would exceed their budget. So the ruling is more or less academic....unless some coach want to take up the challenge to pleay Elven Union with 11 linemen, the twins, Dolfar Longstride, no rerolls and no additional skills on the first day.

I, and the wifelet Tempest, frequently play Wood Elves with no rerolls. 2 Wardancers, 1 Jordell and some linemen.
And #FlingNation regularly gets no rerolls.

Rerolls are over rated.
